What & Why
Teens Can Meditate is a platform that allows any teenager to join a simple and easy meditation program that makes them feel balanced and peaceful.
The idea is to come together and find solutions to inner disturbances. We see many high schoolers take to bad habits of drug abuse or alcohol that are sometimes fatal to their own lives. This program attempts to prevent such things from happening by following very simple methods of meditation that can be easily understood and followed.
It is also evident that many teens can easily get depressed due to peer pressure, social media, lack of self esteem etc. which can be easily overcome through this practice.
