By participating, you will:
  • Learn the transformative, easy-to-master practices of Sahaja Yoga meditation.
  • Gain practical tools to manage anxiety, boost emotional resilience, and improve mental clarity.
  • Earn 60 official volunteer hours toward your school or community requirements.

Objectives

  •  Promote mental and emotional wellness among middle/high school/college students.

  •  Provide an accessible meditation practice that is scientific, evidence-based, free of cost, and inclusive.

  •  Build life skills such as self-awareness, concentration, empathy, and resilience.

  •  Encourage a spirit of collectivity and global citizenship, aligning with Sahaja Yoga values & principles.

  •  Offer participants 60 volunteer service hours.
