How to be a Team Player

Us being humans, we are surrounded by others. We constantly interact with people, whether that be directly or indirectly. The teenage time in one’s life is usually the time when one is the most collected with others through friendships. In scenarios such as being in a team, the best teams often succeed because team members are all connected through friendships, agreements, or understandings, but sometimes individuals have difficulty in being one with the team, being part of the team. There are two places where issues may occur, in the individual trying to join the team, or in the team itself, and these issues can be solved with Sahaja Yoga meditation treatments.

As mentioned, one place where a problem with achieving team membership, is within the individual. This is likely due to the person being unique from the larger group. The uniqueness can be related to a variety of factors, but ego/self-centered thinking can be a cause. Having too much ego/self-centered thinking is a right channel aspect, so it is imperative to keep cleansing this part of the subtle system out daily through treatments such as foot soak and lime treatment. After those negativities are cleansed, one can achieve acceptance and an understanding that maybe they need to stop overacting, or talking too much, that the larger group does not like. Once the right side is cleansed, the individual is now balanced, can accept truths, and can be a team member who is valued.

Another problem can occur in the team. Sometimes when an individual is trying to join, team members tend to be exclusive. The exclusivity again, deals with ego, thus the right side. The ego tells the mind all falsehoods, that the joiner has all types of problems, is a terrible person, has no life, etc., but in reality, that ego-thinker is not understanding the joiner. Again, this can be cleared through foot soak and lime treatment.

What has been covered here in this writing are two main aspects, the individual is at fault, or the team itself is at fault. Both topics also have connections to collectivity and the Vishuddhi energy center. The foot soak is an easy method to clear out the Vishuddhi and other energy centers. When both sides of the conflict come into balance, the team will observe a sense of collectiveness to everyone, and the team joiner will understand where they are at fault. Along with the clearance techniques, everyone can observe positive growth within and without.
