
My name is Omkar Seth and I'm a freshman at Sycamore High School in Cincinnati, Ohio. As someone who is curious to learn new things, I find myself engaged in many extracurriculars. I am currently a member of an FTC robotics team at my school, play tennis, play the violin in the school orchestra, and am a member of the school technology club. I am also learning piano and harmonium (a type of reed organ). With so many extracurriculars, Sahaja Yoga Meditation helps to balance my life. Whenever I feel overwhelmed with all my activities or am anxious about a big test the next day I turn to Meditation. Whenever I meditate I get a new kind of confidence and feel reassured that everything will work out. Sahaja Yoga can help to bring you back to a calm and peaceful state after a long day. Whenever I'm burned out and need a moment of relaxation I always turn to meditation.
